Tex-mex Cuisine

Is it Texan? Is it Mexican? No, it's Tex-mex, the Texan-Mexican mish-mash we all know and love!

Let's face it, most food is a hybrid. It's why I don't like to get snobby about these sort of recipes because many are delicious. Although it displeases me that it's near impossible to get hold of actual decent Mexican food anywhere (outside of Mexico, obviously). Maybe I should be writing this in the Mexican section though. Maybe I will!
